SAL-OYA Construction Company, Inc. is a California licensed General Contractor (since 2003) led by a builder with more than 35 years of hands-on experience in framing, concrete and residential construction.
After years building homes and multi-unit projects across Southern California, we now focus on serving our own community: homeowners and small businesses in Lancaster, Palmdale, Quartz Hill and the surrounding Antelope Valley.
